CHEESY CHICKEN ENCHILADAS - Easy Kraft Recipes



Those cheesy fowl enchiladas start off inside the crock pot and finish up inside the oven. So tacky and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 28 oz can red chile sauce
  • 15 oz can red enchilada sauce
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 4 oz can diced green chilies
  • 8-12 flour tortillas, burrito size
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 3 cups Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 3 cups Pepper Jack, grated
  • Optional: sliced green onions, cilantro

Instructions


  1. Spray a five quart crock pot with non stick spray and upload chopped onions to bottom.
  2. area fowl breasts on top of the onions, upload cumin, salt, pepper, diced green chiles after which pour red chile sauce over fowl.
